Pieces dyed for The Old Globe Theatre

Designs for Bright Star by Jane Greenwood, costume designs for Cyrano De Bergerac and As You Like It by Anna Oliver, Time and the Conways (bottom photo) designed by David Reynoso.

Bright Star costumes were all dyed before building, made of authentic 1920's lawn. The Cyrano doublets consisted of 25 elk hides that were dyed to match a blue-gree-grey color created in the rendering process by Anna Oliver. As You Like It military costumes and gowns were all dyed, including wool for the trousers and coats. Time and the Conways features a teal gown, the fabric dyed to match a swatch provided by David Reynoso.
